в задании ошибка, pill - это пилюля и в значении чистить картошку не применяется, (хоть и имеет одно из таких значений. (или это проосто омофония))

The motivations

Теперь на русском
1) Ставить измеряемые ежедневные цели (в минутах, страницах, словах, предложениях), фиксировать выполнение в письменном виде, и хвалить себя за каждый пункт. Подключить к процессу жену, чтобы она тоже меня хвалила за это.
2)Поощрять за каждый выполненный пункт чем-то вкусным и желательно не очень вредным
3)создать якорь на самые приятные события своей жизни и вызывать эти ощущения перед началом и после окончания каждого этапа.
4)ежедневно вечером в одно и то же время подводить итоги и хвалить себя за достигнутые успехи
5)четко сформулировать главную цель (по методике ICAN) и во время занятий удерживать ее в фокусе, а каждый успех фиксировать как этап на пути к этой цели
6)создать многомодальный образ цели с включением в нее образа себя, уже овладевшего языком, и строить планы работы исходя из той позиции (уже достигнувшего), а не из текущей

4) I will listen a audio-courses 0,5 hour

О несчастном Томе, или зачем англичанам четвертая форма в пассиве.

Жили два мальчика, Том и Билл.
Once there was two boys. One was named Ton and the other Bill.
И вот, когда они подрасли, решили они , что пора уже им стать взрослыми мужчинами,
чтобы можно было с гордостью сказать друзьям:
I am a man!
(я - мужчина!)
Дождались они, когда родители уехали на уик-енд, нашли себе подружек и приступили.
Но неожиданно родители вернулись раньше запланированного.
Отец Билла услышал странные звуки в комнате сына и спросил
What do you doing?
(что ты делаешь)
На что сын ответил
I am being a man.
(Я становлюсь мужчиной )
Отец, как тактичный человек, не стал мешать, и через некоторое время сын вышел и сказал:
I have been a man
Я стал мужчиной!
Дословно : Я являюсь (ставшим) мужчиной!
Что они и отметили :)

Но отец Тома оказался еще более тактичным человеком и целых десять минут стоял под дверью, пока не спросил
What you have doing for the last 10 minute?
На что Том должен был ответить
I have been being a man
(Я являюсь становящимся мужчиной)
Но по правилам английской грамматики такую конструкцию применять нельзя , been being заменяется просто на been, и у него получилось
I have been a man
(Я стал мужчиной! )
Обрадованный отец забежал в комнату и испортил Тому всю малину.
И после этого случая у Тома возник комплекс, у него не вышло и с другими девушками и в результате он изменил ориентацию и стал геем...
А его отец стал считать себя виноватым в этом, начал много пить и стал алкоголиком...
Вот такая грустная история случилась из-за отсутствия в английской грамматике четвертой формы Пассива.
Так что предлагаю считать четвертую форму пассива существующей :) и научить англичан ее употреблять :)
А американцев все равно бесполезно, так как они ленятся употреблять даже допустимые временные формы глаголов.

I am a man. (182 mln =775)
Я мужчина. (Вообще. Просто факт)
I am being a man. (4,25 mln=43)
Я стаю мужчиной (сейчас. Процесс, состояние. Наверно кто-то в данный момент этому помогает :) )
I have been a man (1,37 bl=950)
Я являюсь (ставшим) мужчиной ( с момента рождения или какого-то другого момента)
I have been being a man = I have been a man
Я являюсь стающим мужчиной ( с какого-то момента и до настоящего времени, но этот процесс еще не закончен)
